it’s a great shoe for a forefoot striker working at speed on the daily. Other options include the rebel v5

My city's running club brought some to tonight's run for people to try out, and I hit a 5k PR in them. So I guess I'd say they're pretty decent lol

These are the best running shoes I’ve owned. They’re great for heel strike runners to get them adjusted to proper strikes. My shins don’t hurt & they’re super lightweight!

If you are coming from the Cloudflow 4, be warned this is a totally different shoe. I haven't run in them as I will be sending them back. The shoe is heavier, and with an aggressive incline to the toebox. The latter point affects my comfort in the shoe; I would need to size up compared to the CloudFlow 4. Walking around, Cloud Flow 5, has a vastly different feel to the cloudflow 4. 4's have a nice amount of cushioning for the ball of the foot, this shoe has minimal cushioning througout. The shoe is also pretty stiff. If you are looking for a supershoe-lite shoe this is for you. If you are looking for a lightweight, shoe capable of fast or long workouts (ala cloudflow 4) this shoe is not for you.

I am pretty new running shoes and have my eye on the cloudflow 5. I tried it out and it is amazing but I was wondering if I could use it for just normal walks(e.g going to mall),gym, and running? I would hate to kill the shoe by misusing it.
