Official Running offers FREE Shipping on orders $100 or more or on orders $65 or more on licensed product, exclusions apply.
(Free shipping for international customers outside the U.S. on orders with 2 items+ AND over $120.)
Exclusions include:
Only valid for continental United States. Does not include Alaska or Hawaii
New release footwear, limit one, sale, and FLASH discount code product excluded
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We do not ship to international addresses or to post office boxes (P.O. Box).
We do not offer Next Day or Second Day shipping. We also do not offer pick-up in-store or return in-store.
Once an order has been placed and shipped, you will receive a shipping and tracking email.

• Our warehouses are based in California, Maryland, Kentucty, South Carolin, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, New York and Illinois. Under normal circumstances, it will take up to 1 working day for your order to be processed and 95% of our orders are delivered within 3~7 working days.

We offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
What ship methods are used?
• We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times.
Can I update the shipping address?
• Normally we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. Let’s connect as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address-- contact us.
When will my order ship?
• Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
• Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.
Where does Officialrunningshoes ship from?
• Normally, most of Official Running’s in-stock products are shipped from the US and will be delivered in 4-7 business days. Some would be sent directly from our factories and it will take 6-18 business days. We've partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time.
Will Officialrunningshoes ship to an International FPO or APO Box
• Please note that we do not deliver to FPO and APO addresses. For more information on international shipping, please contact us.
What should I do if my package is missing?
• Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist.
Return Policy

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY and they must follow the criteria as below:
• New and uninstalled.
• Items received in the incorrect size/color.
• Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
• Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
We simply ask that you try it on OVER panties or undergarments.
• In most cases, we can only process one return or exchange for each order. For your benefit, please carefully consider all the products you need to return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
• Clearance products, free gifts, bras & underwear are not eligible for return policy.
• Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
• Washed, worn, used or misused items.
• If you still want to return when it exceeds 30 days, the return shipping fees should be at buyer's responsibility, and we'll charge 15% for the usage or we may provide the replacement of the spare part instead within the warranty period.
Notes:
All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned items without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:

2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
3.Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
5.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:
For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 48 hours for your account to be updated.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
