Alphafly 3 Premium Runing Shoes Review

Returned to running after a 40 year break. Six months in I decided to run a marathon on five days notice. I got these because they are supposed to reduce fatigue and make recovery faster. I ran sub-4 at age 57 with six months of training and a five day taper. The next day I had no problems running six miles. Nineteen days later I ran a half in these and set a post-high school PB in the mile, 2 mile, 5K, 5 mile, 10K, 15K, 10 mile and half. In these shoes, I run like a different person.#Reviews #Coupons
