Way more comfortable than the Alpha fly 2 with their arch design flaw. No blisters with the 3’s. however after just one run picked up a rock in both openings between the carbon plate and foam. Due to the shape it'll wedge the rocks inside. You will feel those rocks the entire time until you stop and pull them out.#Reviews #Coupons
