Alphafly 3 Running Shoes Review

Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I’ve used among VF2, VF3,adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2.5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. These shoes do “hoof clop” loudly like the old tempo next % trainers. Ppl always turning their head as I come up on them🤣#Reviews #Coupons
