Alphafly 3 Premium Ekiden Running Shoes Reviews

Official Running Shoes: I wore this shoe in the CIM two weeks ago and bested my previous time by 15 minutes (and ran a BC’er for the second time in 24 years). Was it the shoe, my belief in the shoe or training? I don’t know but I can say these are a joy to run in. Their lightness and lift are really felt in the late marathon miles. At the same time the shoes felt supportive and not too mushy. I did get a rock stuck in the groove on the bottom and it was rolling back and forth like a ball bearing. Had to stop and fish it out. Other than that they were awesome. My quads were disproportionately sore after the race compared to my other muscle groups and I don’t know if that was related to the shoe or not. I was afraid to run in them much beforehand having seen some posts about them breaking down easily. Did not have any problem from that - no hotspots or rubbing. Overall I really think these shoes contributed to my utter enjoyment of the CIM this year. Cannot recommend them more highly. #Reviews #Coupons
